I needed a real estate agent for both selling my home and buying a new home and a colleague recommended Tedd Mayer to me. I decided to go with Tedd and boy that was the best decision I could have made.   He was always prompt in answering my questions by phone and email. Whenever I had concerns or issues, he was always there to bat for me, contacting whoever needed to be contacted.   The process of searching and purchasing my new home was great with Tedd. He got me a great deal on my new home at about  $14000 under asking price! I certainly would have not got my new home at that price without him. Tedd also dealt with some unexpected concerns regarding the conditions of the contract of my new purchased home. He also went beyond what was required when he organized a meeting with a home stager, contractor, furnace professional, himself and me to meet at my new home before closing date to help prepare it for my move in.   Selling my home was a snap. Tedd was very organized in getting my home for the sale. He had brought in a home stager which he paid for to help prepare the sale of my house. He also had a contractor who was great in helping with the house preparation work. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I was able to sell my house in about a week at just $500 below asking price!   I would highly recommend Tedd Mayer to anyone looking for an agent to buy or sell a home.   I am extremely happy with the work Tedd has done for me and I’m definitely recommending him to my friends and family when they need to sell or buy a home.   Thanks again

To whom it may concern,   We first engaged Tedd Mayer’s services during the late summer of 2011 when searching for our Ottawa area home. What a pleasure it was to work with him. He is not only very knowledgeable when it comes to spotting the positives about homes, he is honest enough to also show us the negatives.  As a homebuyer, I appreciated the fact he pointed out what possible issues we could run into. We found him to be patient even when we asked a ton of questions, very prompt to return calls and he always made us feel like we were his number one priority. He is also a great negotiator who is unafraid to speak on a buyer’s behalf with the seller’s agent, trying to negotiate the best possible deal.   We enjoyed our search with him so much we hired him when it came time to find a cottage.
